LAFREEBEE has put together a list of places offering FREE FOOD. In these tough economic times free food can come in handy. Food is in GREAT abundance in our country so there’s absolutely no reason why anyone should lack groceries…EVER. If you are finding it difficult to pay for your grocery bill then here’s the information you need:

Every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and every 3rd Sunday of each month, SOVA (which means to eat or drink and be satisfied, or satiated ) gives away free groceries to the public. They have locations in Metro-LA, San Fernando Valley and the Westside. They open at 9:00 a.m. til 1:00 p.m.
